Lisa Pollock is a Director at Yahoo! Inc. where she oversees the development, operations and management of key communications services including Yahoo! Mail, one of the largest e-mail systems in the world, Yahoo! Messenger, Yahoo! Chat, Yahoo! Greetings, Yahoo Calendar, Yahoo! Address Book, and others. She is responsible for leading a team of producers who create and manage Yahoo!'s core communications services and oversees all aspects of product development, business relationships, technology acquisition, design and development, marketing and public relations for these products.

Most recently, Pollock helped manage the launch of Yahoo!'s new suite of voice services, including Yahoo! by Phone and 1-800-MY-YAHOO. Pollock has been widely quoted in a host of communications, e-mail and Voice on the Web stories, and has also appeared on CNN. Pollock joined Yahoo! in November 1998.

Prior to joining Yahoo!, Pollock was at Walt Disney Imagineering and also spent time in Business and Product Development at Channel One. Prior to receiving her MBA she worked as an investment banker at Goldman, Sachs & Co.

Pollock holds an A.B. in East Asian Studies from Princeton University and an MBA from the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University.
