communications and voice over IP industry. He served as VP Business
Development for DeltaThree (DDDC), a leading internet telephony service
provider, and VP Product Marketing and Business Development for TrulyGlobal,
a subsidiary of VocalTec (VOCL) a leader in voice over IP gateway business.
In addition, Ed has consulted to businesses in the wireless local loop,
eCommerce, internet messaging infrastructure and MSO areas. Ed has also been
