Eric Young is a Technical Account Manager and Sales Engineer for FaceTime Communications. Mr. Young is responsible for both onsite and remote technical support for the sales team, as well as direct support for customers during implementation and deployment of FaceTime products. He serves the critical function of technical liaison between the customer and FaceTime.

Prior to joining FaceTime, Mr. Young served as an Internet Infrastructure Engineer with John Hancock. He was responsible for the design, deployment, health, and currency of the infrastructure applications maintained in the John Hancock E-Commerce environment.

Mr. Young is also a contributing author to "The Microsoft Exchange 5.0 Sourcebook", published 1997 by John Wily and Sons - Wiley Computer Publishing.
