Furqan Nazeeri (fir-con na-zeer-ee) is President and CEO of Pivot Solutions. Pivot Solutions is the developer of IMTrader^TM, a revolutionary securities trading platform that combines instant messaging and multi-network electronic trading. IMTrader^TM is used by hundreds of institutions to provide seamlessly integrated electronic trading and instant messaging without the expense of a separate order management system or FIX connectivity. In early 2004, Pivot Solutions spun-out from its parent company Eze Castle Integration ("ECI").

Prior to Pivot Solutions, Mr. Nazeeri was CFO and Executive Vice President of software solutions at ECI. The Eze Castle group of companies is the leading provider of outsourced technology solutions to the hedge fund industry and has offices across the US. Mr. Nazeeri was instrumental in leading the development of new software solutions at ECI, including IMTrader^TM.

Prior to ECI, Mr. Nazeeri was a co-founder of Altgate Capital, a hedge fund research consultancy with offices in New York and London. Mr. Nazeeri began his career in finance and engineering management at Nasdaq traded Amerigon Incorporated where he led the development of international joint ventures.

Mr. Nazeeri has a degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Michigan and a MBA from Harvard Business School. While an undergraduate, Mr. Nazeeri was also the team captain of the 1993 national champion University of Michigan Solar Car Team, the largest student-run project ever at Michigan. Mr. Nazeeri is married and lives in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
