Ralph Billeri Senior Manager, DCIS BearingPoint
Ralph Billeri is a Senior Manager in BearingPoint’s Public Services practice with over 15 years of experience in implementing secure access and identity management security solutions for Government and industry. His clients include U.S. Federal, state and local governments, international governments, telecommunications, power utility, aerospace, finance, health care and consumer retail.
Mr. Billeri is Program Manager for development of the U.S. government smart card handbook. The handbook is an important resource that serves as a point of reference for government agencies planning to implement smart card projects. He is also Project Lead for development of the Federal Identity Credentialing Committee (FICC) Reference Guide. When complete, the FICC Reference Guide will be used by government agencies as a guide to implementing an interoperable Federal Identity Credential. He is also BearingPoint’s Program Manager for the Defense Cross-Credentialing Identification System, a joint project with the Defense Manpower Data Center to pilot a trusted ID with government and industry.
