Bob Sullivan is senior writer for MSNBC.com's Technology section, specializing in computer crime, electronic financial fraud, privacy, and the Internet Underground. His investigative reports have forced hundreds of companies to come clean about the theft of customer data by hackers, and he has regularly been the first to warn of potential identity theft. Bob was also the first to tell Americans that the FBI had developed a computer program, called Magic Lantern, designed to steal public encryption keys.
