Stuart Vaeth
Chief Security Officer
Diversinet
Stuart ('Stu') Vaeth joined Diversinet in April 2004 as Chief Security Officer, responsible for leading the research and development of new wireless security technologies, evaluating new markets and exploring partnership and acquisition opportunities. Mr. Vaeth has 20 years of technical and management experience in secure systems engineering, product management, business development, and strategic partnerships. Prior to Diversinet, he was director of product marketing with nCipher, a leading supplier of cryptographic hardware for internet applications. Mr. Vaeth spent the first 12 years of his career with GTE, where he became chief architect for the CyberTrust Certificate Authority product. Mr. Vaeth received a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering from Bucknell University, and earned his M.B.A. at the Boston University School of Management.
