Thomas Bolioli is an experienced and talented programmer/developer with ten years of experience in IT and a Masters degree from Brown University in Environmental Studies, with a focus on demographics, land-use and economics. Mr. Bolioli also has an undergrad degree in ES and Anthropology with a focus on demographics, economics and global environmental issues. Mr. Bolioli has extensive experience with technologies such as GIS mapping (ArcView and ArcIMS), relational database design, Internet development and a variety of programming languages and is a contributor to various open-source projects. Mr. Bolioli's goal is to use his extensive IT skills to further environmental policy. Mr. Bolioli's skills at the intersection of information technology and research make him a powerful asset to any organization looking to leverage IT to do data driven research, analysis and implementation of IT solutions.
