Since joining BEA Systems in early 1999, Kiger has led the product positioning for BEA WebLogic Server. He has recently assumed responsibility for Web services marketing and evangelism, a strategic initiative that spans all of the company's products and solutions. Prior to joining BEA, Mr. Kiger held senior marketing posts at ClickNet Software Corporation and Novell, and earlier held product management and engineering positions with Novell, Univel and Bell Laboratories. Mr. Kiger received his Ph.D. in Cognitive Science from Rutgers University.
