PAYMENT TERMS
Registration rates are effective on the date that the payment is made. Early bird payments must be received by April 4, 2003 to qualify for the discount. Entrance into the conference will not be allowed unless full payment has been received.
CANCELLATIONS AND SUBSTITUTIONS
If you must cancel for any reason, you must notify us in writing by March 14, 2003 for a refund. Your registration will be refunded less $100 processing fee. No refunds will be given after March 14, 2003.
You may transfer your registration to another person at any time by providing written authorization. Please e-mail authorization to registration@jupitermedia.com.
