Founder and Principal, Tier 1 Research
Andrew Schroepfer founded Tier 1 Research in August of 2000 after
years on Wall Street as Vice President and Senior Equity Analyst
with Goldman Sachs covering the Internet Infrastructure Services
sector. At Goldman Sachs, Mr. Schroepfer was the lead analyst on
such firms as Exodus, Digex, StorageNetworks, and Universal Access.
Prior to Goldman Sachs, Andrew was with U.S. Bancorp Piper Jaffray,
where he covered Communication Service Providers as a Vice President
and Senior Equity Analyst. His coverage included such firms as Qwest,
Level 3, and Exodus. Andrew has been quoted in numerous worldwide
publications such as the Wall Street Journal, Red Herring, USA Today,
