David Tapper, Program Manager
IT Outsourcing and Utility Services research program, IDC
David Tapper is a program manager in IDC's IT Outsourcing and Utility Services (ITOUS) research program, where he tracks companies that provide management services and packages on an “outsourcing” basis to customers. These involve delivery of services for distributed system and from Internet data centers. Specifically he tracks continuity-based services, client management, remote systems monitoring and applications. Prior to joining IDC, David worked as a database manager at Yankee Publishing. He is a graduate of Northeastern University, MBA, and Rochester University, BA.
