Beverly Wileman-Pratt
Executive Business Services International
Beverly Wileman-Pratt is the founder of Executive Business Services International, and has been in IT Service Management since 1989. Beverly grew EBSI by consulting with small businesses on the right accounting software package for their company. From there, it was to help those businesses network their computers and gain access to email. As these companies were embracing technology it was evident they needed help to support their new infrastructure. Beverly worked with VARs and System Integrators to expand their portfolio of services to address this new requirement.
In 1999, Beverly had the opportunity to build an "end-to-end" "Managed Service Provider" company from the ground up. Being an advocate of operational excellence, Beverly built the service organization using the ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework. Beverly believes in optimizing technology as an effective way to improve our economy. This means aligning technology with our business and to support technology and deliver services using technology in a more efficient and effective manner.
