Rob has responsibility for all iCan partnerships, strategic alliances business development worldwide and Service Management evangelism team. Service Management has formed a large percentage of Rob's 22 year IT career, as he spent 17 years in the Finance and Banking industry and has extensive experience in Service Management having implemented many ITIL disciplines including Availability, Service Level Management, Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration and Continuity. Rob is a strong advocate for Service Management and ITIL and is a frequent public speaker at end users and industry events.
