Ken Wendle, current President of the itSMF USA, is a recognized leader in the adoption of ITIL® and ITSM Best Practices in the U.S.A. He gained an extensive experience within IT organizations of various sizes and has been involved in and focused on the Help/Service Desk and IT Service Management field for close to 15 years.
He has earned the "Certificate in IT Infrastructure Management" (a.k.a., the ITIL® Master Certificate) is an HP Certified Consultant, is on the Help Desk Institute (HDI) Conference faculty member and also serves on their advisory board.
He is employed by Hewlett-Packard Company as a Lead ITSM Solution Architect focused on ITSM.
Ken has received numerous professional and personal honors and continues to speak internationally on the practical aspects of Service Management.
