Michael Agar

Michael Agar is a planning consultant with Allstate Insurance Company. He has held various positions with Allstate over the past 23 years, including data center operations, project management, strategy and planning and leadership. Agar is a member of Allstate's Enterprise Systems Management group and is the lead consultant accountable for the IT Service Management program, focusing on process architecture, maturity, refinement and implementation. He also recently successfully completed and received the Manager's Certificate in IT Service Management.
