Lance Alsup is a methodologist in the Sprint IT organization and was a catalyst for the introduction and establishment of an ITSM vision and strategy within Sprint. He has foundation certification in ITSM, practitioner certification in establishing and managing IT services, two bachelor's degrees (Education and CIS) and is pursuing an MBA.
