Martyn Birchall

Peregrine
Martyn Birchall has been in the IT business for over 20 years starting as a hardware engineer moving through System Engineering to IT Service Management. He worked for the British Government for 15 years and has been involved with many ITIL initiatives. After spending a short time as an ITIL consultant Martyn joined Peregrine Systems in April 1998. At Peregrine he has worked in Professional Services and Customer Support in Europe and in world wide positions focusing on helping customers deploy ITIL based solutions. He is now located at Peregrine's San Diego Headquarters working in the Product Development Organization focused on IT Service Management solutions.
