Iris Childress is a Senior Manager in Accenture's Data Center Technology and Operations service line; the global lead for Accenture's Service Support Community of Practice and is responsible for developing Accenture's knowledge capital in this space. For the past six years with Accenture, Ms. Childress has assisted a variety of clients in improving their IT Service Management and IT Organization Performance capabilities. Prior to joining Accenture, Ms Childress acquired broad-based IT skills in Application Development, Distributed Systems Management, and the design and implementation of IT Shared Services. Ms. Childress graduated from the United States Air Force Academy with a Bachelor of Science degree.
