Ken Hamilton is Founder and Past-Chairman of itSMF USA, the ITIL user group, and currently a Director with HP Education. He was President of ManageOne, a leading ITIL and IT service management training and consulting company acquired by HP in May 2004. Mr. Hamilton has over 20 years of experience in IT, is a certified IT Service Manager and has led the development of IT Service Management methods and ITIL best practices in the US.
