Ivor Macfarlane has been involved with process improvement for neatly 30 years, service management for 20 years and directly with ITIL® for 16 years. In the 19800s he proudly trebled the size of his IT command in 5 years (from 2 to 6). In 1995 he wrote the book 'ITIL® in Small IT Units' and has consistently presented on the theme ever since. He is active in itSMF internationally and has contributed to ITIL®, BSi and related publications consistently over the last 15 years.
