Chris Overton has more than 10 years' experience in IT, with the past five years in JMFE's IT operations department. Currently he is manager of technology planning, overseeing the implementation of ITSM and ITIL® processes. Overton is ITIL® Foundation-certified and has successfully implemented Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management at JMFE.
