The Premier Sponsorship Program provides your company with a comprehensive strategic and tactical integrated sales and marketing program that includes all of the following benefits:

Pre-Event:

  • National Advertising: Your corporate logo will be prominently displayed as the Premier Sponsor on all advertisements and marketing collateral used to promote the conference (reach over 500,000 Business & IT professionals nationwide).
  • Internet Advertising: Your corporate banner ad will be displayed on the conference Web site and your company's logo and mission statement will appear on the sponsor Web page with a hot-link back to your Web site. (ex. 460x68 pixels, maximum 12K)
  • E-Mail Blast to Pre-Reg Attendees: Jupitermedia will send a dedicated HTML email on behalf of your company to the pre-registered attendee list. This e-mail must reference your involvement with the event – speakers, booth location, give-aways, etc. HTML formatted e-mail to be provided by sponsor unless other arrangements are made in advance.
  • Client/Prospect Discount: Jupitermedia will offer a 50% discount in your name to your client/prospects to attend the event. Jupitermedia will provide you with a PDF discount pass that you can e-mail to your clients/prospects promoting you as a sponsor of the event, listing any sessions or special events your company is involved in during the conference.
  • VIP Conference Passes (20): 5 full conference passes will be provided for your executive staff and 15 full conference passes for your top customers and prospects to attend the conference.
  • Pre-Registered Press List: Receive a pre-registered list of leading members of the press and analyst community that will be attending the event.
  • Press Releases: Your company name will be mentioned in all press releases promoting the event.
During Event:
  • Keynote Address: An executive from your company will be featured as one of the keynotes in the conference program.
  • User Study: One of your well-known customers (end-user) will participate in an appropriate conference track session.
  • Solution Center Session: 20-Minute session on expo floor to present product or service.
  • Exhibit Space: Receive 20' x 20' raw booth space on the expo floor.
  • Private Meeting Room: Receive an on-site private meeting room for one day of the conference.
  • Show Tote Bag Sponsorship: Company logo displayed on one side of the show tote bag distributed to conference attendees.

  • Back Cover Ad in Conference Handbook: Receive the Back Cover Advertisement in the conference handbook with distribution to conference attendees (full page ad).
  • "Call-Out" on Cover of Conference Handbook: Have your company name/logo and booth number appear as a "call-out" on the cover of the conference handbook with distribution to conference attendees.
  • Show Guide Advertising: Your corporate logo displayed within the show guide.
  • White Paper/Promo Item: Have your white paper or promo item inserted into the tote bag and distributed to conference attendees.
  • Corporate Banners: Receive (2) Premier Sponsor banners displayed in keynote room and other highly visible area. (4' x 6' banner to be produced by Jupitermedia with sponsors corporate logo – logo provided by sponsor.)
  • Signage: 4 prominent Signs placed throughout the event promoting your participation as the Premier Sponsor.
  • 10% Discount off any Additional Marketing and Promotional Opportunities (see last page of prospectus).
Post Event:
  • One Time Access to Attendee Postal List: Mail your company's sales and marketing piece to all conference attendees on an one time basis via a third party mail house.
  • E-Mail Blast: In addition to a one time mailing to the attendee e-mail list, you will also receive a one-time e-mail blast to the registered attendees who agree to have e-mails sent to them.
