Chuck has 20 years of IT experience in the Systems and Service Management arenas. His career consists of management roles in large IT Organizations combined with outside consulting roles, giving him a broad perspective of outsourced environments. He currently focuses on planning and program management for large ITSM implementations.

Chuck has planned and implemented two CMDBs, and has strong knowledge of data management techniques required to successfully management a Federated CMDB.
