Mark Bradley
VP Infrastructure Senior Manager

Mark Bradley is a Vice President - Infrastructure Senior Manager with JPMorganChase. He is responsible for production support for JP Morgan Chase's Peregrine suite of applications, and is a frequent speaker on Service Level Management and Service Desk Topics. Mark has a BA in Computer Science & Speech Communication from Monmouth College & Masters of Science in Computer Information Systems from University of Phoenix. Mark has obtained certifications in ITIL^®, MCSE+I, CNE, A+, MCP and is working towards CISSP.
