John DelRe is an active member of the Service Management Competency Center (SMCC) at The Bank of New York. The three key objectives of this initiative are: to align Technology Services with the current and future needs of the Bank's businesses and customers; to improve the quality of the services delivered; and to reduce the long-term cost of providing these services. Mr. DelRe has been with The Bank of New York since January of 2006 and is responsible for the Service Level Management strategy and the design and implementation of the Service Management Program communications efforts.
Prior to joining The Bank of New York, Mr. DelRe held several IT support management positions for various global organizations. He has been involved with ITIL practices for over six years and is ITIL Foundation Certified and is a member of the ITSMF and the Help Desk Institute.
