Daleen Fitzgerald currently serves as a Business Strategy Mgr for Milwaukee based Metavante Corp. In this capacity, her responsibilities include the improvement of the organization's IT infrastructure through the implementation and management of the ITIL^® best practices. Ms. Fitzgerald has been a guiding force in the creation of the WI Chapter of iTIL, which brings together iTI professionals to discuss best practices. Ms. Fitzgerald's background includes a 13-year career with organizations such as eFunds and CheckFree where she held management positions in Operations, Project Mgmt and Product Mgmt.
