Dhiraj Gupta has led the application of ITIL^® concepts to the application development processes at Progressive for the past three years. He has over 13 years of diverse IT experience which includes design and implementation of fault tolerant database and middleware infrastructure on Mainframe, UNIX and Windows platforms as well as client server application development. His Career has spanned three different countries - India, Japan and the United States. He holds a B.E. in Computer Engineering from South Gujarat University in India and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH.
