Larry Killingsworth has worked for 34 years in Engineering and IT. He is currently the corporate IT Process Development Manager at Air Products and Chemicals. For the past 5 years, he has implemented Service Management best practices including ITIL^®, CobiT and frameworks that support the business. He has presented several times on the topics at various companies, seminars, and conferences. Larry holds the ITIL^® Foundations certification and is a Certified Service Manager through ITSMI. He co-founded the Lehigh-Delaware Valley Local Interest Group for the itSMF USA where he has served for 2 years as President and currently is the Membership chair. He has taught Service Management techniques (ITIL^®-CobiT etc.) to internal clients and is now teaching a similar MBA course designed for a College in Pennsylvania.
