Lise Kupke has worked in IT Operations for 13 years at the World Bank. During her first 8 years, she was a system administrator for World Banks' Lotus Notes email environment. When she completed her MBA in 2000, she moved over to managing the business aspect of IT operations. She is one of the leads in the Bank's IT Quality Program, with specific responsibility for implementation and certification of BS15000 for their IT Infrastructure Service Management. She is also responsible for leading the System Operations portion of the World Banks' Business Continuity (Service Continuity) Program.
