Kevin has worked with MetLife in Information Technology since 1992, including five years as a data modeler. He has a Masters of Applied Physics and an MBA. He is currently part of the Process Improvement Management team that champions and coordinates the process-reengineering program at MetLife. He is the steward for the Asset/Inventory Management process. Kevin is also responsible for the program's technical infrastructure, including the program web site, document management, and process model repository administration.
