Provided by Quint Wellington Redwood
1-Day Class
Thursday, September 21: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Maximum Class Size: 20
Cost: $495
Course Description:
During this course, we will investigate why IT Governance has become such an important topic as well as the impact it will have for your organization. You will become familiar with the most important tools, models and techniques used in the industry. You will learn that IT Governance is much more than the next step in Service Management.
The IT Governance Master class will combine theory and practice. We will start using some basic concepts of IT Governance to align the IT-organization to the business.
Hence, attention will be paid on how to get a grip on this link between Business and IT Strategy by selecting objectives for the IT organization. The next step will be to translate these objectives into concrete action with measurable critical success factors (CSF's) and performance indicators (KPI's).
Attention will also be paid to the IT Balanced Scorecard. We start mapping the CSF's and KPI's into the customized IT Balanced Scorecard. The result of the master class will provide you with a thorough and shared basis to start measuring the performance of your IT organization based on the CobiT framework.
