Lieutenant Colonel Karlton D. Johnson is the Commander of the PACAF Computer Systems Squadron, Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii. He commands 164 communications scientists, communications specialists, staff and 206 contractors that provide command, control, communications, computer and intelligence systems support to the warfighting missions of the United States Pacific Command, and Headquarters Pacific Air Forces.
Lieutenant Colonel Johnson was commissioned through the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Program in 1988 after graduating from West Virginia University with a Bachelors of Science in Information Systems Management. He is married to the former Chi McIntyre of Menomonie, Wisconsin.
