Maria Ritchie, Manager of IT Service Management within the Ontario Justice Enterprise. Maria has been a key leader and visionary in the strategic implementation of Service Management based on the ITIL framework, in the Justice Enterprise. Maria has also been instrumental in defining the strategy, demonstrating the return on investment and securing commitment to move the strategy forward in the Ontario Provincial Government. Maria is ITIL Masters Certified and has been with the Justice Enterprise for about 13 years. She and her colleagues were awarded the IT Service Management Project of the Year Award.
