Beverly Wileman-Pratt has recently joined Jupitermedia as Managing Editor of ITSMWatch.com. Beverly Wileman-Pratt was the founder of Executive Business Services International, an IT Service Management consulting firm since 1989. Beverly grew EBSI by consulting with small businesses on the right accounting software package for their company. From there, it was to help those businesses network their computers and gain access to email. As these companies were embracing technology it was evident they needed help to support their new infrastructure. Beverly entered into IT Service Management.
In 1999, Beverly had the opportunity to build an "end-to-end" "Managed Service Provider" company from the ground up. Being an advocate of operational excellence, her team built the service organization using the ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework.
Since that time, Beverly has been an advocate in promoting service support and delivery "best practices", throughout all companies, big and small, private and public, and has recently joined forces with the "on-line" media company, Jupitermedia Corporation. Jupitermedia has been promoting ITSM since 2001 and has not only seen the growth of this industry but understands the importance to promote ITSM awareness as a way to contribute to the success of all our companies.
