David M. Bingham Director & Global Practice Leader IT Service Management Fujitsu Consulting David Bingham has provided consultancy on ITIL-based Service Management to numerous blue-chip organizations including: AXA, Commerzbank, Barclays Bank, Coca-Cola Enterprises and the London International Financial Futures Exchange. David leads Fujitsu Consulting’s IT Service Management Practice both Globally and in the UK. Outside Fujitsu, David is a member of the itSMF UK Council of Members, and, while serving on the Publications Executive Sub-Committee, was active in the review and refinement of the new ITIL Service Support and Service Delivery volumes.
