In this course, participants will learn how ITIL Service Management processes can best be implemented. They will also learn how to deal with issues like changing project environment, and overcome lack of organizational support for change and governance. A number of tools used in Quint Wellington’s consulting practice will be introduced and concepts will be demonstrated through a number of highly interactive exercises based on a case study. Presenter: Jeroen Bom, Principal Consultant, Quint Wellington Redwood Academy Jeroen Bom has worked in the IT business since 18 years at operational, tactical and strategic level.
