Lee Goetz North American Customer Service & Logistics Service Manager Procter & Gamble Lee Goetz is Procter & Gamble’s North American Customer Service & Logistics Service Manager. He is currently responsible for ITSM implementations for the Orders, Shipping and Billing Systems delivering over 60% of P&G’s Global sales. Over the past 15 years, Lee has managed a variety of IT operations and led several 1st and 2nd generation pilot projects culminating in robust ETE Service Delivery. He is an ITIL certified Service Level Manager and is recognized as one of P&G’s foremost resources on Service Management.
