Stan Lepeak
Senior Director, Content and Research
Elance Stan Lepeak is Senior Director, Content and Research, at Elance, a leading software and services firm that enables organizations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their services procurement and management processes. Mr. Lepeak is a noted commentator on services procurement and management (best practices, professionals services industry players and trends) e-business (strategies, architecture, commerce chains,) business transformation and organizational change, and underlying supporting technologies. Prior to joining Elance in January 2002, he spent two years at Ajunto, an IT sourcing and procurement software firm. Prior to that, he worked for six years at the META Group, the leading IT market research and analysis firm, as Vice President of META’s Electronic Business Strategies Services. He also held various managerial positions in the business and information technology areas across several industries. Mr. Lepeak holds a degree from the University of Michigan.
