Pultorak & Associates Pultorak and Associates is a professional services firm based in suburban Philadelphia, that provides education and strategic consulting services to U.S-based clients implementing the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and Microsoft Operations Framework (MOF.) David has contributed to both ITIL and MOF, and has put both into practice-ITIL since 1997, and MOF since its inception. A passionate speaker on IT service management, David can be found speaking at national and regional itSMF, SIM, AFCOM, HDI, and AITP events. David’s most recent publication is a chapter in the "World Class IT Service Management Guide" (Addison-Wesley 2002.)
