Luis Andres Sanchez

Inteli Luis Andres Sánchez is an Information Technology professional with 8 years of experience, working for national and international companies in government and financial industries. Experienced in Latin American markets, technical and managerial expertise in technology-driven strategies, organizational challenges and technology related operational issues; skilled in negotiation, consultative selling, project management, strategic planning and team building. In his earlier IT career Luis Andrés assumed situational technical roles in the design, scoping and development of technical architectures for enterprise Internet/Intranets. He has participated in Network & System Management projects for government and financial industries. Since 1998 Luis Andrés has been participated in design, scoping and development of ITSM Solutions for government and financial industries. In 1999 Luis Andrés took the position of Solution Specialist to Hewlett-Packard Consulting. In 2001 he formed his own company, named InteliÒ -IT Best Practices for Business-, a Mexican Professional Service firm focused on consulting and education services in support of IT Service Management Strategies. He also designed and delivers the seminar “IT Tendencies” at the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana. He designs and follows up the implementation of ITSM Solutions; he has been invited to present ITSM topics in forums like SunUp-Mexico. Today, as Prosa's Consultant, he presents his client case of study.
