Technical Specialist and Process Manager
Enterprise Implementation of IT Service Management, Caterpillar World Headquarters Butch Sheets is the subject matter expert within Caterpillar for ITSM and ITIL and an accredited ITIL instructor. As a member of the EISD ITSM implementation team he is directly responsible for Incident Management and the overall coordination of another nine best practice managers and process owners. Butch is also the lead instructor and champion of the "ITSM Center Of Excellence" program. He has earned the "Certificate in IT Infrastructure Management" (a.k.a., the "ITIL Master Certificate") and President of the newly formed Illinois and Michigan itSMF USA Local Interest Group.
