Paulo Soto Global Service Level Manager IT Business Solutions Procter & Gamble Paulo Soto is Procter & Gamble’s IT Business Solutions Global Service Level Manager. With nearly 10 years of both domestic and international experience, he is currently responsible for ITSM implementations for P&G’s Core Manufacturing, Demand Planning, Supply Planning and E-purchasing services worldwide. Paulo has had a variety of IT assignments in Service Management, Development and Implementation, and is currently leading the implementation of a custom SLM system called “Service Track”. Once implemented, “Service Track” will automate and standardize Service Level Management tracking and reporting to P&G’s internal customers.
