For the last three years, Morton has served as a manager in the Service Management office focusing on processes improvement. His current area of emphasis includes integration of service management with cost processes. Neil Fairhead Product Manager, Microsoft Operations Framework, Microsoft Corporation Board Member itSMF USA For 25 years, Neil Fairhead has focused on helping enterprises, both public and private, utilize information technologies to help them better meet the needs of their organizations and their customers. Prior to Microsoft, Neil has been a line IS manager, initially responsible for office systems at British Railways and more recently as Director, Architecture & Consulting at a major Canadian bank and acting, on an outsourced basis, as Director, Technology Strategy for the Canadian postal system. In addition he has worked for leading vendors – IBM and Digital; and IT consultants - James Martin Associates and DMR. Educated at Cambridge University and the Manchester Business School, he has published several articles including “Data Warehousing” and “Competitive Marketing” in the Business Quarterly and “On Delivering Value” in Information and Management and presented at conferences in North America, Europe and Asia. |
