Mark Thompson Associate Director of Global Service Management Procter & Gamble Mark Thompson is currently Associate Director of Global Service Management at Procter & Gamble. In this role he is responsible for the selection and development of IT tools and processes for Service management as well as the Competency Program for the development of these skills in P&G's IT employees. Mark is a New Zealander and has also worked in Australia & Japan before moving to Singapore for his current role - overall he has 12 years experience with P&G. When Mark is not working you can find him relaxing with his family of 4 or playing racquet sports with friends.
