Ken Wendle Solution Architect Hewlett-Packard Currently a Solution Architect within the HP OpenView software organization, Ken Wendle has for the past dozen years been involved in and focused on the Help Desk and Service Management field. Ken is an OpenView Certified Consultant and has earned the “Certificate in IT Infrastructure Management” (a.k.a., the “ITIL Master Certificate”). He is a member and past officer of the Gateway Solutions chapter of the Help Desk Institute (HDI), as well as an officer and board member of the IT Service Management Forum USA.
