Rebeca Pimental Zaragoza Partner Consultant Inteli Rebeca Pimentel Zaragoza has experience working in both private and public organizations. As a professional of information and communications, she was involved in international media and information analysis. As she became closer to the use of technology, she became involved in IT at Mexico's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where she developed her experience for 8 years, involved as chief of the Service Center, human resource development for IT, user training in new systems, designing and developing programs for change management in the new technology adoption process, and coordinating special projects, such as the documentation of Y2K program, software standardization on the Mexican Embassies and Offices around the world, annual training for the Mexican personnel abroad, and Technical support for high level officers, among others. She also holds interest in the intercultural communications consultancy. Rebeca has worked at the Universidad Ibero Americana in Mexico City, teaching the course "Communication and Technology". Since 1999, she is a partner consultant for Inteli; where she is focuses on the ITSM educational area, and works as a consultant designing and delivering training programs regarding ethnic and organizational cultural elements. She has delivered such training programs as part of ITSM projects for Mexican companies in Mexico, Spain, Venezuela and Colombia.
