Anthony Maggi
Director, Global Infrastructure
Intel

Anthony Maggi is Director of IT Global Infrastructure and reports to the office of the CIO in Intel Corporation's Information Technology organization. Global Infrastructure includes Intel's WAN, LAN, telecom, server capabilities, mainframe and email capability. His team maintains Intel's world wide IT infrastructure globally.

Maggi joined Intel in April 1984 and since has held various operational and software development positions within Information Technology and factory automation. In 1990, Maggi's Factory Automation development team developed Intel's first factory equipment control capability and in 1994 his team implemented factory control and mechanical material handling capabilities for Intel's Fab 11, the largest semiconductor manufacturing facility in the world. Additionally, in 1997 Maggi was responsible for Intel's world wide factory automation strategy management.

Prior to joining Intel he worked as a software developer for financial applications supporting the banking industry. Maggi received a B.S. from Indiana University in 1977 and completed graduate level Computer Science and MBA course work from University of Arizona. He currently resides in Phoenix Arizona and enjoys photography and distance bicycle riding.
