Post-Conference Training Class Registrants - registration is available Monday-Wednesday in the Plaza Lobby, 1st Level - America's Center / registration is available Thursday-Friday beginning at 8AM in the Mezzanine Lobby of the Renaissance Grand Hotel (across the street from the America's Center)

Cancellations and Substitutions
If you must cancel for any reason, we must receive written notice of cancellation by August 15, 2003. Your registration will be refunded less a $100.00 processing fee. Cancellations after August 15, 2003 are non-refundable. You may transfer your registration to another person at any time by providing written authorization.
