Andy Atencio is the Manager of Information and Technology for the City of Greenwood Village, a suburb of Denver, Colorado. Andy has been in the IT industry for over 16 years and currently holds the Foundation Level certification in ITIL®. In addition he has a Masters of Psychology in Organizational and Industrial Behavior. Andy has presented at previous IT Service Manager conferences and is an active participant and writer for the on-line ITSM community located at ITSMWatch.com.
